Great service. The employees are very attentive and experienced. If i ever need another attorney, I would definitely go to them.

I been with this Law firm for 6yrs they are the worst. They accepted a settlement way below my medical bills. I try to talk to Pendas and he was very nasty with me. He told me the case could be fix and he never did anything about it. They got paid but no me.. I still have problem with my arm and can't go for physical therapy and I can't. I am looking for an Attorney to suit them for Legal malpractice. This is not false or fake you guys are a piece of s#$&. They didn't pay all my bills but they sure the pocket 10,000. Till this day I have arm problem.

No le recomiendo esta firma a NADIE!!! Si por alguna razón les toca el Lic. Joel Piedra, corran. Nunca responde las llamadas. Tuve un accidente en el cual quedé con una lesión d por vida o hasta q me opere en mi cuello y espalda. La señora q me tomó los datos en la primera visita q me los pintó q eran los mejores.....MENTIRA!!! La supuesta mínima compensación q me tocaba era entre 12,000 y 10,000 y al final, lo q me dieron fueron menos d 4,000. Mi accidente fue en enero 2016 y me dieron mi cheque en diciembre, pero el abogado había cobrado su compensación desde junio.....con razón nunca me contestaba. Pasaron mi caso a otro abogado, pero obviamente q le iba a importar si ya el otro había cobrado hacía tiempo!!!!! La única q me contestaba y demostró interés fue Marian!!! Muy responsable y profesional, pero el Lic. Piedra no sirve!!! Y ojo, no se dejen engañar con los anuncios d esta firma q son más q engañosos.

RUN!! SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS LAW FIRM!! This is the worst law firm in town (if I can call them that). They lost my documents, they don't answer the phone, they get you into more trouble than what you started with. My worst experience with them is when they switched lawyers right before the court date without even briefing the new one abut the case. Needless to say, I lost horribly because the counter party was prepared while my "new" lawyer was like a 3 year old babbling nonsense. Almost as bad are the paralegals, they do not handle anything. If you hire this firm, get ready to get some collection calls or better yet...just handle the medical bills yourself. They are rude, they don't answer emails....I just can't say enough...BAD STUFF!! Run away from them!!! Ah and before I get one of the automated replies from pendas stating that I'm not a client, let me tell you that I will post some pictures if I need to. Now they said they reported my review. On what grounds? Telling the truth!!!??!?🤣🤣🤣 Watch how all their "good reviews" say the same and the reviewer had only one review in history. Are you telling me your "good reviewers" created the account just to review Pendas? Or Fake reviews?

Absolutely the worst firm in town. They don't answer the phone, you never talk to an attorney, they just could care less, disorganized, ahhhh the list goes on! Just keep searching because these guys will only get your medical bills into collections and will not help you. I hate them!

Though I had been a customer of Pendas for another claim, I chose to go to several other larger firms to assist me in a new clam. The first one I chose(Dan Newlin's firm) only deserves to be named because of the ineptitude of the handling of my claim. They barely contacted me during the 9 months they had my case and after much haggling by me to make contact, the sub par lawyer that took my case, stated that they were gonna turn me down as they felt that I was partly to blame for the predicament that I found myself in. I contacted another well-known firm and they basically told me the same thing. though they did it in a more expeditious manner. It was then that I decided to go to Pendas since they had helped me before. It was the best decision that I could have made and wish that I had done it sooner. To say that they returned my calls, quickly and courteously would be an understatement. My paralegal, Zindy always kept me abreast of any developments and would set me up with a conference call if I needed any clarification or had any questions. My case was finally settled and I was most satisfied with the outcome. These other cookie cutter firms here in Orlando can never attain the level of service that I received at Pendas Law Firm. Dp yourself a favor and contact them first before any of the other firms in Orlando. You will be glad you did.

The staff is awesome!! All my questions and concerns were taken care of in a timely and courteous manner.

Muy mal servicio no contestan nunca las llamadas ni devuelven las llamadas para tras en mi casa llevó más de 2 'meses tratando de hablar con el abogado o con alguien que me deje saber en qué estatus está mi caso y na qué ver no sirven solo velan por sus intereses y por los tuyos
