I engaged the services of the Smith & Eulo Law Firm in December 2021, amidst a challenging legal situation with severe charges pressed against me. Initially, I was represented by Ken Eulo, who worked hard during the early stages of my case. The prosecutor was steadfast, seemingly intent on prison time for me, even when mitigating factors were evident. As the case moved forward, another attorney from the firm took on my representation. However, this period saw limited progress, though it's essential to clarify that this wasn't reflective of Ken's dedication or abilities, and that attorney has since left the firm. In the concluding months of my nearly two-year-long legal ordeal, Mr. Matt Futch stepped in, and his involvement was nothing short of transformative. Amazing service thank you

My attorney Rose Hernandez had no communication with me while I was incarcerated. She came and visited me but once when I first hired her and promised she’d have me out in 2 weeks. 2.5 months go by until I go to court and the entire time my aunt was messaging her daily with no response. I ended up taking a plea to 32 months probation becoming a felon at 19 and never once knew the evidence the state had against me as I never saw my paperwork. I feel like I was just ripped off out of $7500. The only thing she did was my original offer was 6 months county 30 months probation, she had 2 months county turned to probation. And that first deal was from before I hired her. I really feel like I was just jipped and had my money run off with. I saw inmates whose PD visited them more than my payed attorney. I’d never use this law firm again

Attorney didn’t show up for court and didn’t notify me to show. No Bond warrant issued. Arrested at my house and I ended up in jail for the first time in my life at 59yrs old because of this law firm. The worse experience of my life. The response to my review is a complete fabricated lie. I was only contacted once in six months through the whole process and NEVER missed a court date my entire life.
