An innocent slip up for unknowingly driving without a license that I handled 6 days after I found out turned into a warrant for my arrest. It really caused a huge inconvenience in my life . I was afraid . However a good friend of my mines referred D.Smith and Smith & Eulo and said I would be in good hands. I’m so happy it proved to be true. I’m a single mother with a hereditary life threatening illness and after battling for my life fighting pulmonary embolism etc caused by my sickle cell money is tight for me. Not only did D.Smith work with me on payments but they put in the motion to Quash the warrant (pardon if I have terminology wrong) off of me giving my WORD and PROMISE to pay. I do not know many professional businesses that would allow this! I’m so grateful that they show up and fight for us little people. I am probably considered poor. So they started the work before I could even pay. With a partial payment in the system D.Smith sent his colleague Scott Messinger to represent me. He educated me on the ways it could turn out. I told him the truth about what happened on my end. It was a team effort and I’m SO happy and grateful to say we were able to get the warrant dropped , the criminal traffic conviction reduced to civil traffic driving with suspended license without knowledge.
