Ken eulo,is hands down the best lawyer in orlando,this man went above and beyond an traveled to another county to fight my case,even got permission for me to fly out the country while I was out on bail I was able to fly to dubai,an the phillipines,and get married,i had the dream trip of the lifetime,I had alot on the line and ken told me to stay calm ran me through the process and within 2 months he was able to gwt my felony assault charge completely dismissed with no court costs.Ken eulo will work miracles and he is very reasonable priced. Had a criminal defense case. Was referred to Mr. Messinger. Had high performance expectations going in and was not disappointed. Mr Messenger was on his A+ game and put in the work. Motions filed in a timely manner. Solid defense strategy. Will definitely hire this firm again if needed Got to observe One of the other firm attorneys in court. I believe her name was Courtney and also was impressed by her performance. Well organized well spoken and direct.

I was going through a divorce with my wife and found she was cheating she called the cops and said I hit her and I didn’t do this - I was facing 2 battery charges. All I have to say is the entire team was there for me - most important was my lawyer Ken Eulo. He was able to calm me down and told me it was going to be ok and we’ll get it dropped or down to a misdemeanor and no jail time, and he was right.. it was dropped thank you for everything, I couldn’t appreciate you guys more!

During the consultation, Mr. Smith explained to me the whole legal process to me and said the quickest and best way forward is the Grand Jury. The Grand Jury dismissed my case, and Mr. Smith had my records Expunged. The best possible outcome from an amazing team of lawyers.

Mr.Smith helped me get two of my cases dropped. I really appreciate him and the time he put into my cases. I could tell he cares about his client, because I didn’t have a way to court due to me living in a different city but he was able to help me get to the courthouse and receive my dismissal. Without Mr.Smith I couldn’t even imagine how my cases would’v had gone. I am truly grateful and I recommend anyone that needs help to contact him !

*JUVENILE CASE* I never had to hire a defense attorney before, therefore I can't make any comparisons. I would say though that we got a call back in less than 30 mins from our first inquiry. We talked with Darryl Smith, who was polite, carefully listened to us and was very helpful. Though he had scheduled court appearances on that day, he squeezed us in, and we met briefly as he was exiting the Polk Co courthouse; we very much appreciated that. Eventually he put our son's case in the hands of a very capable, energetic and fisty (in the courtroom) attorney; Ms Kortney Daly. We won our case, thanks to Kortney! The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 (and I hate doing it) is because though she fought like a lioness for our son and won; she never had time to reply to our texts or calls when we had questions. I mean she did always called us, but only the day prior to the court day (in her defense she told us, she wanted my 12 yr old son to have the information she was telling him fresh in his mind and ready for court the next day) which is totally understandable; however as parents new to the court system, there were many times we were anxious, and had questions, probably dumb questions, nevertheless questions we needed answers to, but never got a text reply or call back from her. Again, we did hear from Ms Kourtney D. But it was always the day before court... and as highly as we think of her, we feel the communication with her (Not the firm in general or Mr. Darryl S.) was not the best. I can't imagine how many other cases she must have had, a delayed text would have been okay with me, I am a very understanding person; but Ms. Daly didn't reply at all, not until the night before court. Would I recommend this firm? YES! It's just a matter of "timely "communication with Ms Daly. Not the firm as a whole.
