I had a loved one detained by a physciatric facility against her will. I called Smith and Eulo and explained the situation. After a few minutes of speaking with them it was clear they knew what they were talking about. I decided to have them help. Within 45 minutes Bruce was at the facility advocating for my fiancé and speaking directly to the upper management there. Two hours later a they released her. I wish I would have called them sooner and I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know.

My lawyer Darryl Smith saved my life I was Charged with Carrying a Concealed Firearm without a License which is a third degree felony and Possession of Marijuana less than 20 Grams which is a first degree misdemeanor. He was able to get the weed charge dropped after proving I was not in possession of it. He was then able to put me into a Pre Trial Diversion Program to get the Gun charge dismissed. I ended up violating the program after I was Charged with Possession of Marijuana over 20 Grams which is also a third degree felony. I was facing a maximum of 5 years in prison for both charges. Darryl was able to get me a Withhold of Adjudication I plead no contest and was given probation with early termination for both the Gun and Weed Charges. Darryl was easy to get in contact with and kept me consistently updated with each case. Thank you so Much Darryl for your hardwork and patience throughout both cases!
