I'm glad I hired Phil because he just what I needed during a very challenging and tough divorce case and after using a previous attorney to no avail. He was attentive to my situation, was very patient, and understood that there is an extremely important emotional, personal component which surrounds the client and in which he was able to deeply and competently empathize with. Not coming from a legal background, Phil took time to explain legal matters in a way I understood, no question, matter was too small for Phil. Phil and his staff were very responsive to my email/phone inquiries, I can't remember when one call/email was not responded in a timely manner. Phil was always in a position to hear me out and not discard, discredit what I had to say...Very respectful, very personable, down-to-earth, relatable. My case was complicated and Phil was able to expertly analyze my case and provide effective solutions. I told Phil for the very first time that I never wanted to go court and successfully we never did! Every time I walked into his office, Phil and his staff made me feel right at home.
