I know this will sound like I must be working for this man, but I am not. What I am is a person who is extremely grateful for his help, his honesty, and his work ethics. When I first got to Atr. Urich's office, I was in such a panic and so depressed over my situation with the IRS and everything else that I started crying right there in his office--and I rarely cry. I didn't know then that I was in front of not only a kind human being, but also a formidable attorney. Thanks Paul.

We filed a petition for a bankruptcy five years ago, as a last resort to the financial issues that we were forced into during the recession. We were fairly new to the Orlando area and did not know who to contact, or how to proceed with the process, but we selected Paul Urich, based on a referral we had received. It proved to be one of the best decisions we have made. Paul has been there to guide us through the process, and has alway been available to answer questions or listen to our complaints about the system. He always put things into perspective for us. Through his guidance, we were successful in meeting the requirements for purchasing a new home, while we were involved with the bankruptcy. We just recently completed the five year process, and again, through Paul's guidance, secured our discharge. This is not an easy process, and can be somewhat frustrating, but Paul helped us to get through it very well. i would recommend Paul to anyone seeking bankruptcy relief. His knowledge and experience of this process was very helpful in getting through this situation. Great Job Paul!

We were lucky to find Paul Urich five years ago when my husband and I were discussing the possibility of filing bankruptcy. We had multiple meetings with Mr. Urich and had many questions. He knew this was a difficult decision for us and was very patient, never rushing us out of his office. He talked with us until we were comfortable with our decision to actually file. He never made us feel like bad people for not managing our debt better. When we had still more questions over the five year span he returned every call promptly, even on a couple of Saturday mornings. His office staff were always courteous and efficient. He is a kind person. He helped us through a stressful, embarrassing time. I would definitely recommend him to others faced with the decision of bankruptcy or not when their debt is out of control.

Mr. Paul Urich helped me obtain debt relief from over $80K in debt through a chapter 7. The decision to file was not easy-he was the calm in a sea of financial chaos. I was under extreme stress and under a time crunch because of an impending lawsuit from a major credit card company. Mr. Urich moved swiftly on my filing and was detailed about instructing me on the types of documents to gather. I did not want to face wage garnishment, etc. I knew enough from my preliminary research to not bury my head in the sand and wait for a default judgment. I became very educated about the whole process and much more so during my first meeting with Mr. Urich-he spent nearly an hour and a half at my first initial free consultation. I got my documents together, and spent another hour in his office finalizing the paperwork/means test and my petition was filed within 2 days. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and gave me some very good insight. I can't say this enough-HIRE AN ATTORNEY THAT IS LOCAL THAT IS FAMILIAR WITH THE TRUSTEES IN THE DISTRICT THAT YOU FILE!!! This is key and Mr. Urich's experience in this area was invaluable. He is extremely familiar with all of the trustees of the middle district of Florida and their expectations. He was 7 minutes early for my 341 meeting. Many other BK filers that day were not so lucky as their attorney were no shows or running late for such an important meeting. Because Mr. Urich is so thorough in his preparation and documentation, the 341 meeting was over in less than 3 minutes. I had some vey unique asset situations that he skillfully handled. He insists on documentation and he does not want surprises-they don't harm him-they harm you-BE TRUTHFUL and the whole process can be painless and truly offer a fresh start. I read all of his extremely helpful articles/tips/warnings on his very thorough Website. I had self-educated myself about BK, and I knew enough that I did not want to file pro se. His fee was reasonable and money well spent. If I had not hired Mr. Urich, I am certain that I would not have qualified for a chapter 7 and would have been facing a 5 year long chapter 13 as I was told by 2 other attorneys that I interviewed. Yes, I was over the median income limit, but I had expenses that clearly allowed me to pass the means test-with no presumption of abuse! There were items that I did not know that could be deducted-that is the job of a great attorney-to look at all angles and negotiate and problem solve for their client. Mr. Urich -professional, detailed....AWESOME!. Google is a great tool to do research and educate yourself about most any subject. There is a lot of great information and some misinformation out there. I don't go into anything without researching it and reading reviews, etc. Hence, my smart decision to hire Mr. Urich. I can't say enough about how efficient and smooth the whole process was because of his expertise and his friendly and professional staff. I was very nervous before the 341 meeting and I would call and have a few questions...they were always promptly answered. If you are facing an insurmountable debt load because of bad circumstances, then call Mr. Urich. His sole specialty is BK but he is available...you actually meet with the attorney and not a paralegal. Mr. Urich actually is the one that returns your phone calls. The face of his organization is personal. Yes, I probably needed a little more "hand-holding" than his average client, but he and his staff were always there! Great firm-hiring Mr. Urich-you will have an advocate on your side and trust me-you will need someone like him if you have gotten into a lot of debt and are looking for a fresh start-forever grateful!!!

Mr. Urich made the difficult process of bankruptcy go easily and smoothly. His fee is fair. He is easily reached for any questions or concerns any client may have. He is detailed oriented and will personally walk with you through all aspects of the bankruptcy process, instead of having a paralegal do it all. That will ensure there are no mistakes made and nothing is left out. I definitely recommend him as an attorney.

hiring Paul Urich, was the best decision i could ever made for my bankruptcy. he was very careful with his work, and knew what to do with it. as well as informing me about everything that has happened throughout the case, unlike many lawyers just hide information. i was able to come out well once the case was over, and no problems. if anyone has a bankruptcy situation, Paul Urich is the lawyer to go to, he is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and helps out those in need.

When we first meet Mr Urich we were very nervous. I'm sure as others are or will be when they go see an attorney. He was very clear on what we needed and that made the process smooth. He respond to any of the questions you have. He takes his time to listen and gives you clear respond for you to understand and is not bias about answering your question. We are very please with the whole bankruptcy experience we had with him.
