I can't say enough about how great the whole Benenati Law firm folks were during the entire process of my bankruptcy. The first and most important thing for me was how they made you feel comfortable and confident in this decision. It is not an easy decision to make but once I made that choice they made me feel "human", like I was not doing something wrong or that I was less of a citizen... indeed, there is a restart button in the life of credit. Every step of the process was guided and they were there for any questions. I am so psyched that I chose these people to represent me and guide me.
