What a great law firm. I would recommend this firm because of the service you receive. It is very professional and they always make sure to keep you updated at all times. Denise was very nice and really made us feel less scared of the process. As for Walter, he is best at his job, my wife and I really loved his confidence and passion for what he does and it shows. Many attorneys do not even answer thier clients calls but we always speak to him directly whether it is over the phone or through an E-mail.

They handled the process in a smooth and professional manner. The most impressive part of it all was the level of communication. They were always there when I had a question or needed something. Amazing firm. Thank you!!

Great Service, Excellent Communication and Stuff.

Not professional in my openion and lacking in communication skills by taking ALL my cases details as a client to be, only to later, at the end of the "work day" had 2 seperate people call me and say they do NOT allegedly take on cases that were handled by another attorney and or firm. Save your time & call one of the firms/lawyers from the Florida Bar referal services at minimal to save yourself unnecessary stress. No good / "No Bueno" ...Good luck in searching & be fooled not , please...Ta to the Ta

My experience with Benenati Law Firm was amazing from day one. I was treated like the only client they had. I never spoke to an answering machine or Ralph's assistant, always him personally or he would call me right back and I mean right back! The reason I went with their firm is because they made me feel so calm and they explained how they would take care of everything and I needed that in the traumatic state I was in at the time.
