This company lacks communication skills.. My fiancé case had a fighting chance his lawyer Ian did not fight at all.. Our families day to day lives have deeply been affected by the outcome of this case. His license was suspended for months, insurance rates are out of the roof and pay outs to the other party is ridiculous. My fiancé did not speak to Ian once during this case only his assistant and they did a poor drop assisting… A better follow up system when clients have scheduled calls would be a wonderful start.
