I have worked with Don Nguyen for many years with many different associations. He is always right there with the right knowledge to solve a problem or deescalate a bad situation. His advice has been spot on and he's pulled out win after win for our mutual clients. He's an excellent attorney and I recommend him to anyone that will listen!

Known & used on multiple occasions. Awesome communication. Amazing legal mind & spot on problem solving. Don is one of the few Atty's who I would use to keep me out of suit & to go Court with. Typically those areas dictate different Attys. He's has the skills to & mind to be a pitbull. Yet he has to ability to be calm & collected to negotiate if he feels it best client wise.

Having been in the insurance industry for many years, I have had professional interaction with different attorneys on both sides of a claim. Until I had met Mr. Nguyen, my prior experience had led me to conclude that all attorneys were more concerned about prolonging disputes rather than finding resolutions. He was quick to respond, and more importantly, he was capable of providing sage advice that was tantamount to the task at hand. Mr. Nguyen guided me and helped me remain calm in spite of slanderous and otherwise irrelevant remarks directed at me. Thanks to his thoughtful attention, I was able to work out a favorable settlement. Had I approached the dispute on my own, I certainly would have had to deal with a more stressful, and potentially losing, situation in spite of its frivolous nature.

Mr. Nguyen gave me legal advice regarding a home owners association issue I was having. He kept me informed, answered my questions and was knowledgable. I also found he was easy to talk to and was not patronizing like I have found some lawyers to be. He helped put the legalese into words that I could really understand.
