Words like "top notch" "Great job" "Wonderful to work with" just cannot do this firm justice. Take 5 stars and add 5 more! If you are reaching out to Jeff's firm for help chances are, you are in a very stressful situation. The kind of stress that causes weeks of lost sleep. I was in this exact situation. When I contacted Badgley Law they understood my situation, and unlike some firms i called before i found Badgley, they literally dropped everything to help me. After explaining my situation was very time sensitive they went the extra mile to schedule a meeting with them for the same day, that ran well after 5, 6, 7pm. No one even noticed the time, we were in the office until my case was created. They explained everything about bankruptcy law, and the process to get finances back on track. They also explained everything in such a way it was easy to understand. Here is where the service with Badgley Law gets even better. Once the case was filed with the court, and his staff was managing the case, to say the staff is on top of things, is a huge understatement. Should you have a question, and email or call his team, you don't get a response in days, you will have your answer in hours, and in some cases minutes. And you feel more like you are speaking with a friend than a business acquittance when discussing your case. I could keep going with all of the wonderful interactions i have had with Jeff and his team, but ill leave you with this. Highly Recommend! Peter is no nonsense, logical, and skilled at his craft. He is experienced and knows Florida HOA law! I interviewed several attorney's and Peter was the most clear, direct, and knowledgeable about our issue and options, which entailed a new neighbor that snubbed their nose at our HOA and refused to remove their 25' boat and trailers from the property. Peter was confident about our odds of winning and clear on the path required to ultimately win our case. It took 2.5 years because the other side played every game imaginable to delay and redirect, but Peter and his team kept moving the process forward efficiently and professionally. We won a Summary Judgement and we were awarded Attorney Fees and costs. If you want an ethical, fair, and professional lawyer that knows Florida HOA space, I highly recommend Peter Mcgrath.

This is a fantastic firm but what made the real difference is Jon Masters. He has been so patient and extremely caring. Also, he’s so knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

I contacted this law group prior roughly 11/29/21 about chapter 13. Agreed to use them for the filing. On 2/3/22 I made my first payment towards filing. A total of $2290 was paid towards filing. 8/7/22 I asked for a refund, not just because this was taking forever, but because I was planning to move. Spoke to Mr. Badgley and was assured that things would be filed by the end of the month. 8/25/22 Michelle was assigned and all the paperwork was sent over. I did the course online, went to the office to do the paperwork asap, and surprise, it was too late to file for that month. 9/16/22 Mr. Badgley finally responded with corrections he wanted made to monthly expenses. 10/4/22 after being advised I should file my taxes prior to filing Chapter 13, I haven't heard anything back until today, 5/11/23 after I sent an email requesting a refund. The response to my most recent email was immediately replied to, surprise, and I was told I won't be receiving anything back. The takeaway from this is, if you want to have to babysit this firm every step of the way, this is for you. I don't see why I am expected to pay a large amount to a law firm and still have to push the process along. I do want to point out, Stefanie was great to deal with. She was nice and attentive to any emails, phone calls, and when I had to go to the office. I understand she isn't the one who makes any of the decisions and to be honest, feel bad for the amount of leg work she does.

I have only great things to say about this group. From the first meeting to the very last communication everyone was very friendly and provided detailed information on our case. We are very glad to have picked them for this decision. Thanks to Stefanie and Jon for everything!
