I normally don’t leave reviews, but reading ALL the reviews is what made me choose this office and I’m glad I did. Mr. Badgley went over the whole process with me in detail and made me feel very comfortable. His whole office staff is amazing, they work with you with everything. If your looking around, this is the place to go to, you won’t regret it, I’m glad it did.

I called Peter McGrath in 2017 when the landlord for my office/warehouse told me they were selling the building and gave me 3 months to move out. They offered us $8,500 to move basically one months rent. Peter immediately got us 8 months time to find a new building and move. Peter found a flaw in the lease and negotiated an $83,000 lease buyout for us along with 2 months free rent. I liked the way he worked with the landlord to have them work with us before Peter came in it was a hostile business relationship with us and the landlord. Peter also helped me to be patient and give time to the process instead of settling too soon or getting greedy. He explained to me the deal and I accepted and was best I could have ever imagined. I'm very happy with Peter's skill and abilities to help me when I needed it.
