I’ve known Vicki and Mike for a few years. They are dedicated to their clients, very knowledgeable in their practice and supportive of the community. I absolutely recommend them.

I've had the fortune of not needing to employ Vicki or Mike, but that hasn't stopped me from asking clarification questions about bankruptcy law or family law. Vicki and Mike are well-versed in the laws and cases that run their specialties. As a local Realtor, divorce and bankruptcies are things that my clients ask me about a lot. And, as their trusted Realtor, they sometimes come back to me after the fact asking for help knowing that I will be discreet and provide them a legitimate avenue to help. When I have a referral that need an attorney for family or bankruptcy law, I always send them to Anderson & Ferrin, Attorneys at Law. I'm happy to put my professional credibility on the line with my referrals here because the quality here is top notch!

Please do not take the SEVERAL negative reviews as a grain of salt when considering this firm as your representation in legal matters like I did. You want to be represented with compassion and care as a client when dealing with any hardship, especially when it comes to your children's legal matters. I can assure you that you will not receive any compassion with this firm. In turn, they will file motions that can have a negative impact on your case. This husband and wife duo are extremely condescending and rude, (These are the key words in multiple reviews), take forever to get responses and when you check up you get snarky responses. I have had 2 attorneys in the past and I can't say I have ever dealt with such behavior from people who are supposed to be professionals. My case was fairly easy, the opposing party and I came up with an agreement well before mediation was even considered. To save time I handled a majority of the leg work and worked along side the opposing party to create a fair 50/50 parenting plan before submitting to the attorneys. The opposing party and I agreed to split costs down the middle and disregard child support. My attorneys racked up emails and CSGW stating it is against their advice to opt out of support. When the parenting plan was submitted to the judge for review, I received an email from Victoria stating I needed to pay an additional retainer of $250 to close the case out, when asking what was needed next or how the rest of the process works it was disregarded and so was my request to withdrawal. There is no way this firm spent more than 5 hours on my case, but I paid for 10 (3000 + a bill) I’m appalled. Unfortunately, I let this firm represent me and turn around and file a negative motion to withdrawal stating I was not complying with their contract when I mentioned withdrawing with them prior. I can assure you, there are way better attorneys who will work harder for you and actually fight for you and be more cost effective. If anyone has any questions or would like to see the type of snarky emails they will send you I will be more than happy to forward them to you.

These people will steal your money!! Worst attorneys that I've ever had, and unfortunately I have had SEVERAL throughout my lifetime. They charged me 3500 for emails and phone calls!! You tell them the answers to questions on the phone, then they make you send same answers in email afterwards so they can double dip...PATHETIC AND SHOULD BE BARRED

During any family law dispute within any context, your desire after you pay large sums of money is to have honest , competent, & empathetic services. If that is what you are seeking I strongly advise you to keep looking. Mrs. Anderson is EXTREMELY rude, dismissive and condescending, and he is not much better. Their service and willingness to work for you( as you pay them to) is grotesquely misrepresented. I’ll be happy to provide anyone questioning this with copies of email conversations with these “people”, As most of your conversation will be via email because it takes weeks to make a verbal appointment. These people should be disbarred and it’s a shame they continue to collect monies from innocent consumers.

We consulted with Mr.. Ferrin regarding our legal options. He was very professional and told us of our options and the costs of the process. Also, it was a very helpful advantage that he spoke bilingual, as this helped us feel more confident with the communication process. He was professional with being personable. We plan to hire Mr..
