My wife and I are beyond grateful for Tony Sos and his team. I was in an unfortunate accident in 2020 that has left me with chronic pain. From the beginning till the end we have received nothing but kind words and constant reassurance. Tony and his team made sure to check in on our well-being and make us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Most of the individuals seeking counsel, like myself, are thrust into situations, not of their own actions, yet have sustained injuries, and at times complicated injuries. I have neither the time nor the inclination to learn the insurance business, the medical profession, or any other profession associated with unsolicited injuries caused by others. Mr. Bill Ruffier represented my son, who was a plaintiff in a dental malpractice case. Mr. Ruffier was a true professional from the filing of our lawsuit through trial. His paralegal provided clear and prompt communication with us via email and phone calls. The firms office staff were always courteous when we called or visited the office. I had a PI Case everyone in the Firm was very nice and very Professional. I was assigned Attorney Daniel Smith he was very highly recommended from one of my friends. First time I spoke with him over the phone he was very pleasant and concerned about my case. We met up within days after I spoke with him. He's such a Teddy Bear. Anytime I call,text, or Email etc. he always responds in a timely manner. I received a very good settlement from the firm. I've met some very good quality People at the Firm. I hired Dan Smith after I was injured in a work-related car crash in a company vehicle. Despite the cards lining up against me (uninsured motorist, insurance dragging their feet), Dan never gave up and was able to work things in my favor. He is personable and makes you feel like a VIP. Hopefully this never happens again but if it does, Dan’s my first call.

Attorney Bill Tonelli is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and communicative. He and his team made what appeared to be a scary and complicated process for me simple. I am very pleased with the level of service I received from this firm and will be referring anyone in a similar situation to them. This is definitely not one of your standard personal injury mill firms; the attorneys and their staff actually care about how you are doing after the whole process is completed. You won't catch these guys on a billboard on I-4, but you'll certainly hear about them in reputable legal circles.

I wish we could have met them under different circumstances, but honestly, I was happy we went with them. First person I talked to was Margie and she was amazing. Compassionate, listened really well, and kept us in the loop (would call and email all the time to keep us up to date on what was going on... even if there was no new developments). As some of you know it can be a scary time losing somebody and having no prior experience with lawyers you want to make sure you're not getting screwed or left in the dark or both... so information is key. Just as great was Tony. Smart, funny and a kind guy (and our lawyer). Really connected with my mom and myself. And he was always there to answer our questions, check up on us and just really explained everything so well. I think when you lose somebody, it's hard and you're always distrustful of anybody you don't know. But Tony showed he was somebody we could trust, count on and had the experience to back it up. All in all, I would definitely recommend Tony as a great, capable and caring lawyer. The firm has an excellent staff (which is a HUGE deal). And I all I ask is that ya'll stay the same! I met Daniel Smith at a Personal Injury seminar and his presentation was excellent, but more importantly I felt he was a kind person as well. I approached Dan after his presentation and asked him some questions and he was so helpful. Eventually he assisted me in getting a Minor's Personal Injury Settlement approved.
