After being arrested I knew hiring the best attorney would be the best thing I could do to help myself. I did a lot of research and contacted several attorneys before I decided to meet with James Phillips. He was even recommended by some of the other attorneys I talked to. He demonstrated a very good understanding and proficiency with my situation and assured me that he would do whatever it took to obtain the best results possible. With professionalism and courtesy and a thorough knowledge of the legal system he was able to get my DUI charge sent to pretrial diversion. He was also able to dispute my DUI with the DMV so I received my full license back with no limitations and no penalties fines or points. I could not have asked for a better outcome and a better attorney.

I got busted for my 2nd dui and decided to hire James Phillips. It turned out to be one the best decisions of my life. He was highly recommended to me as one of the best lawyers in the area. The whole court process took a little bit but James kept telling me that the longer this thing went on the better it was for me. He also stated that although he couldn't promise me an outcome he would fight for me to the very end. At the time I didn't realize how true he was to his word. He did fight for me, twice. After a grueling week long trial process we waited almost a day and a half of deliberation only to have the jury come back as a hung jury. A mistrial. I was devastated. I just wanted this thing to be over with. James comforted me the entire time telling me that sometimes these things happen and he would gladly fight this thing again. He never asked for any additional fees or anything. About a month later we went through the whole week long trial again and this time the jury came back with a 'not guilty' verdict! I almost hit the floor when it was read. I am now able to move on with my life and finally finish my schooling. No matter what the outcome was going to be it was never going to change this review. James is the best and stayed true to his word. He fought for me to the very end like he said he would. Twice!! I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. Thank you again James!

I never had a lawyer, I was looking for one so that I can start my law suit. I could of did it before but I didn't know. People were telling me that it was to late,so I didn't try. I was just wondering if you would like to help me with this case. I was in a car accident with a police officer. I don't know if he crash into the truck or the trucked crash into us. He wouldn't let me know. I was hurt very badly and they did nothing about it. It was really scary because it happen at night very late,pitch black. The officer was knocked out for like 2-4 minutes because of the air bag. I was smelling the air bag and started coughing and couldn't breathe. Earlier this year I ran into some legal trouble concerning a felony charge. Being a respected business person in Orlando I was devastated thinking my career and good name were over. After being referred to James through a friend who was extremely pleased and reading his extensive credentials I made an appointment right away. After 10 minutes of talking with James everything seemed so much easier to handle and he was extremely knowledgable and diligent with that I needed to do every step of the way. Within months James was able to get my charges completely dropped and I can breathe again!

I was charged with my 2nd DUI in 5 years. I was ready to fight and go through a trial if I had to. It all happened before I moved away from the state, James told me I was ok to go and proceed with my life as usual, for he would go to court for me. When I first spoke to him, he said he would do his best and he would take it to a jury trial if he had to. He took care of everything until we had to go to a jury trial. I flew down for the trial, where he walked me through picking jurors for my trial and I was very happy with our decision. During the actual trial, he kept me on the loop of what was going on, he was extremely professional in court and fought hard for our great outcome. My case was dropped and everything is now over. All started with the worst night of my life, I was speeding after going out of a club (stupid on my part) and a police officer pulled me over. Of course that he noticed the club wrist band on my hand, and immediately asked me to step out of the car to perform sobriety tests. After a couple of minutes and several exercises, I was put under arrest for DUI and reckless driving. Being my first time ever (and hopefully the last) in this kind of trouble with the law, I was SUPER nervous and didn't know what was going to happen with my future..... I was charged with reckless driving (mainly because I was going 95 miles/hr on a 45 miles zone) but MOST importantly was found NOT guilty of the DUI with NO jail time, when I thought that there was not a chance for me!
