After an incredible ordeal of having surgery and facing rehab Derek James has been very helpful and understanding and made me feel like I wasn’t alone during this process. Each little problem that came up Derek had or found a solution and got me through it with no fuss no muss! I hope never to find myself in this type of situation again but I know that if I do or anyone I know does, I know where to go! Thank you Derek for all you have done!
