I had originally recommended this law firm. But this time, I reached out twice, and they never got back to me. A courtesy email would have been nice to let me know that they were not interested or were not able to assist me with my lawsuit inquiry. Especially since they have been using my original review for advertising on their website.

I’m really confused about all these “good reviews” I’m sure some of them are FAKE. I had a poor experience with this law firm. I hired this law firm with my case since 2018 and as of 2023 I still did not receive any compensation. I have been back and forth with this law firm about updates and why can’t I receive compensation and they just blame it on the insurance company. I always have to call for updates. If I don’t reach out, no one from this law firm attempts to keep me updated. For years! I recently called this law firm to file a complaint, I was told someone would reach out to me. I request to speak to Overchuck himself! I still don’t have a response from this law firm. These people don’t care unless it’s a big case with a big payout. My experience with this law firm has been a NIGHTMARE! THIS IS LEGAL MALPRACTICE! This law firm has dragged my case out so many years, I doubt I can hire another attorney for my case!
