Great lawyer when you can actually get him to return a phone call and/or appear. Their staff is rude they are not helpful in the slightest. The staff take messages but you never hear back unless you call back and leave ANOTHER message. You get sly comments and rude responses. I paid 2500$ for a temporary order that took all of 15min of his time. He doesn't care apparently and these reviews just make me want to puke seeing how I gave my money to someone who faked it all the way. Way to go. Keep ur Christmas card!!

Made it an easy process

I’ve dealt with the firm many times over the past 20 years. Mr. Ali and Mr. Jaeger have gotten me and my family taken care of so many times I can’t even count. If you ever get arrested this is the best firm to call. They always get the job done. They always say that they are going to take their time and get it done right and that’s exactly what they do. They always get the best for us. The entire firm is great, I’ve literally been dealing with the same assistant for 20 years, Connie knows her stuff! Thank you for everything Jaeger, Ali & Blankner!!

I want to share my experience with everyone. I spoke with a paralegal named " Connie" and she was extremely rude. I explained to her I wanted to speak with the attorney because I wanted to file an appeal. She said I could not file an appeal because I took a plea. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that one of the reasons to file an appeal?! She refused to even look up the case or let the attorney review it. I explained I am disabled and her response was "that's neither here or there". Wow! The insensitive remark about me being disabled makes me not even want to consider this law firm. I wonder how many clients the firm as lost because of their paralegal.
