Glad I saw 1star review by TB: this law firm agreed to charge "max ssa fee allowed" ($6k), dragged his case for 3.5 years then sued TB for 25% back pay ($25k) and the court actually gave it to them...sickening, get informed, you can actually apply directly, no attorney needed.

I had an initial one hour consultation with the firm and they were super helpful. Ultimately we decided to go the mediation route, but the initial counsel helped me better understand my rights and obligations beforehand. I would highly recommend the Men's Divorce Law Firm to anyone needing assistance with a potential divorce.

These people,especially Jean Moses go way above the call of duty to be courteous,professional and at the same time personable. Their response is immediate and effectiveness unparalleled. I had originally hired a different firm and could see the difference. Where the first lawyer just let the paralegal send correspondence which was not particularly compelling Jean corresponds with opposing council and gets results. They wrapped a difficult case with a very stubborn and greedy wife to my advantage in just a few months where the previous attorney had the case for 6 months and failed to get an injunction as well as letting an emergency support hearing go entirely wife's wife's way. I would highly recommend Mens Divorce Law Firm to any man seeking divorce. They will get it done and you will love the outcome.

Ms. Moses was very professional. I feel as though she really cared about me and what I was going through. Also, she really took my feelings into consideration through a rough time and really fought for my best interests.

I never saw a response to this attorney's comment and I say YOU ARE WRONG!!! I actually had the WILL in my hand and was in your office and you made no efforts to give information to say you HAD the Will. Your staff was lack luster. So fix this so you don't have a negative review. My parents are elderly and live in another county - all I was asking was to redo something that you supposedly were suppose to have. I will never use this Attorney! You are responsible for losing my parents documents - that is what your office said that you LOST their documents. 11/5/22. I'm not impressed with this law firm. I called to revise my father's Will. They took my information and my father's to confirm he is requesting changes. I have not heard from them as to how we can work this out since I live in a different county than my father's. Again, I'm not impressed.

I could not be happier with Marchella McGinnis! She was knowledgeable about the VA appeals process and treated me like a person. It took a huge weight off of my shoulders. If you are looking for a VA disability attorney that can get results, she is the one I would recommend.

I just want to thank Mr, Coye and his entire staff for helping me with my case. It was a long process and it was totally remote. I wish that I could or can meet some of the people that helped me. Amanda Martinez was my case manager and she kept me completely up to date and went above and beyond on other issues I had.
