I needed assistance trying to decide whether bankruptcy was an option for me and which one to file. After a consultation with Mr. Mercado, I walked away with more knowledge in the subject than I had expected. He was very straight-forward with me, asked many questions to make sure I would qualify and addressed my concerns about how this would affect me. He advised me the best option for me was to file for Chapter 7. He made the process very simple to follow, kept in constant communication (his office system even sent me reminders and allowed me to upload documents to him right away!) and the whole thing was a lot less painful and stressful than I thought it would be. Although it was a tough decision to make, I am glad I did it now. I was very happy to work with him.
