I had to use Mr. Pollack's services recently. He returned my call almost immediately. Long story short during a 15-20 minute office visit, he stated he would handle my case, would keep me abreast of every phase of the case and would advise me on different courses of action so he could to proceed with the most favorable and possible outcome. Every email I sent afterwards he replied to in less than 10 minutes. I never had to set foot in a courtroom, my charges were dropped and expunged!
