I remember back in 2015 walking in Claudia’s office after 2 failed attempts with UCIS. Claudia took her time and we talked about my case for about 35 minutes. Very nice and professional, although she was very strait forward when she told me that I only had one option with the type of case we were working with as there was no waiver for this situation, but with this option there was a 50/50 risk. I didn’t want to take the risk at that time. With that in mind I decided to give up or go somewhere else. She did warn me though that I would just throw my money away if I filed a different way. To make the story short, 4 attempts in total since 2012 I came back to her and Mr Stoller in 2024. She calmly explained to me again and again and said “you know what we have to do”. Something about her that made me feel like she was so honest and didn’t just want my money but in the contrary she wanted to help me. Her words “the law is the law “ made me feel optimistic. So I decided to hire her. 4 months later!! the moment my wife and I saw the approved Email, was the happiest day in our lives. Thank you Mrs Claudia and Mr Stoller for not giving up on me and for taking the time to explain the situation in both English and Spanish to better understand it. David Stoller is such a unique attorney. He is so smart, honest and knowlegeable. I had a very complicated case which nobody could figure out what to do. I called the USCIS customer service almost every week, but the only thing I get is frustration and confusion. David gave me the advice in 10 minutes after he reviewed my paper. He knows exactly what I need to do. I hesitated if I should hire him at the beginning because I had such bad experience with attorney before, but I decided to give him a try. I am so happy I made the right decision . Now having my green card in my hands, I really appreciate David's help. I only have one regret. I should have hired David Stoller earlier.

My title of this review describes Mr Stoller to the T. I have consulted with many immigration lawyers, while I found that most were nice, sympathetic, and genuinely wanting to help. Every single one had to result to digging up the old statute book to learn about the dilema I presented them with. I consulted David regarding my intent for naturalization knowing I had curcamstances that would likely render me removable. As I said all other attorneys had to refer to the good old book, but not David. This where this man’s encyclopedic knowledge of not only the statutes, but precedents were undeniably nothing short of amazing. Not only does he possess unmatched knowledge of said subjects, he keeps up with current and upcoming cases I.E SCOTUS hearings that could affect his clients. He will not sugar coat your case, but will tell you the reality of your situation, while recommending a course of action that’s most beneficial to you. I think the best way to sum up this review of Mr Stoller is: This is the man that immigration lawyers go to for advise.
