I called Mr. Miner's office on behalf of my elderly mother, whom I felt was being taken advantage by auto insurance company and body shop. Although I fully expected to speak to a specialist or paralegal, Todd Miner took my call to directly discuss my concerns. Although my situation was not a case his practice would handle, Mr. Miner spent time with me to discuss my conerns, what I should be aware of and how best to help my mother. WOW!!
