I would highly recommend todd miner law. when i had my accident i was very confused on how to go about getting the treatment and compensation i required because i wasn't very familiar with florida laws since i am from out of state, but working with Tony buscemi and Christopher reed made the whole processes seamless. they were very patient with me and carried me along through every detail and i am very satisfied with the results. Hello all Todd Miner Law was extremely helpful in helping my family with are car accident lawsuit, they tock on the case strong and finished strong after many obstacles aproamnetly 3 yrs and 2 insurance company's later my family can now have some peace of mind , Mark, Ahrens worked very hard on are case and the communication was great. The staff at Todd Miner have all been very nice and welcoming to help my family I can't speak of a better experience in a case that has taken this long to resolve, mind you my wife was going thro medical treatments for a year during this process and during that time the insurance company that was held responsible filed bankruptcy and didn't even communication any info till Mark was contacted by the backup insurance which is required in Florida reported the change. I had the good fortune to be represented by attorney Trenton Swan after my auto accident. Mr. Swan was extremely thorough and respectful and was always willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and discuss options. I felt as though he spent a lot of time considering my particular case and was well-informed about the details. He never pushed me to settle, but instead offered all options available to me, explaining the merits of each course of action. When the settlement offer wasn't as high as he thought it should have been, he again laid out the pros and cons of pursuing a lawsuit vs. settlement. I know that many attorneys push for settlement, and I sincerely appreciated Mr. Swan's willingness to take the harder path if I decided that was in my best interest. Mr. Swan did end up filing a lawsuit on my behalf and then negotiated brilliantly for me in mediation. I was extremely impressed with the level of respect and professionalism from all parties through the deposition and mediation process. I could tell that the mediator and insurance company's attorney both had a great deal of respect for Mr. Swan, which he clearly deserved. I believe that he put a great deal of effort into securing the best possible outcome for my case. I feel blessed and truly grateful to have had him as my attorney.

They took on a case I had with another law firm I had in March of 2022 I took the case from them and gave it to Todd Minor in May of 2022 and in 5 months they settled the case. Found these people through a friend for my mothers personal injury case they promised the world and took a dive and from the ridiculously small settlement they obtained their associate Greg stark took 40% even though it never went to trial. Then it took my mom months to finally get her check! When I called them on it I was threatened with legal action and told never to contact their office again. They had the nerve to email me later to donate to their pet charity. PASS THiS ONE UP!! They only do a good job for the super rich.
