They were great. Anna would “dumb” things down so I could understand them more. If I still didn’t quite get it, she had no problem talking to someone else so they could help me out. Very helpful!

I will get right to the point. I highly recommend Todd Miner's Law Firm to anyone who is considering a personal injury attorney. This was my first experience hiring an attorney for any situation and this is my testimony. I did my homework and discovered that this law firm is well above average. Please be patient, do the math, and you will see exactly what I saw, Todd's firm gets not only results but the best results. Its easy for any major law firm to select a few clients from thousands, exploit them all over the city, and give the illusion that every client will get great results. I initially fell into that trap, called a major firm that has plenty of commercials with testimonies that their attorney "got them...." Thankfully they did not accept my case, which now in hindsight was a clear indication they were not willing to put in the long hours, hard work and dedication that I demanded. Todd's staff is top notch, ethical, compassionate, carefully selected, and his attorneys have all defected from working for insurance companies. Through their experience they know exactly how to navigate through all the red tape that these insurance companies will throw at you. Christal and Trenton answered every question promptly, and made sure I understood every part of the process. They worked tirelessly negotiating every expense, making sure I got what I deserved and more. Please understand that patience is key knowing that they are working very hard and spending long hours to make sure you get EVERYTHING you deserve. Great results do not happen overnight. If you are willing to fight do not sell yourself short and lower any expectation that you may have. After 3 long years of treatment and stress over a pretty complicated case. I am completely grateful for Todd Miner and his law firm.. I was assigned to Mr Stark and his staff, after such a long time I feel I’ve gotten to know him for more than just my attorney.
