Bit of a read but it'll tell you all you need to know!! When I called todd miner, I did just that. I was surprised to find out that the owner of this law firm answers his own phones which immediately set them apart. Within an hour of me calling, Mark (my attorney), was at my bedside in the hospital within the hour. Again, unheard of. As for the rest of the process you ask? Amazing. When Mark wasnt available his colleague stephanie was always there to answer my questions. Im not a patient person and they came to know that very quickly, that said, i felt very understood. Stephanie and Mark often went out of thier way to keep me informed even if it was after hours. If they knew, I knew. All of the aforementioned along with the simple fact that they give so much of themselves for thier clients is what sets them apart...no....sets them above ANY other law firm. This law firm has hands down blown my mind at every turn and I cannot thank them enough for what theyve done for me.
