I am an attorney myself, with nearly ten years experience with two Wall Street law firms handling complex commercial litigation, eight years as a partner at a 100 attorney firm and ten plus years as General Counsel for a major corporation, so I know a little bit about litigation. Having been a litigator and trial attorney for nearly thirty years, I can personally attest to the quality of legal services provided by the Law Firm of Todd Miner. I found the work of Todd and his team of attorneys and paraprofessionals to be first rate and commensurate with the level of skill, expertise and dedication that was seen at my prior Wall Street firms. From the initial intake through settlement each person at the law firm was professional, respectful and attentive to my case. Did not feel they were working for my best intetest. I took my case to a different attorney and todds firm fought for every penny from the final settlement even charging intetest on some of the outstanding bills that were later negotiated by my new attorney. Untrustworthy, greedy and working for their own benefit.

I was represented by Todd Miner Law in my personal injury case after having been turned down elsewhere. Looking back, Todd Miner should have been my first call. Attorney Mark Ahrens, and his paralegal Dinora Cardona, handled my case and I couldn’t be more pleased. When all was said and done, my settlement was more than DOUBLE what was offered. More importantly, Mark was a calm, reassuring voice as he navigated the murky, and oftentimes rough, legal waters. Tod Miner Law office is awesome, they helped me reach a settlement for my case in record time. I was utterly elated with Trent Swan as my attorney he was very knowledgeable & confident that he would work everything out in my favor and assured me that I would be thoroughly please with the end result. After my accident I was quite frustrated but Lisa assured me that everything would be ok and that they were working hard to help me resolve the case. At closing Sherrell Riley was there working quickly and diligently to make sure I got what I deserved, she was the real MVP in the end, thank God for her, She explained every detail of what to expect so there would be no surprises in the end. Contacting Todd’s office was one of the best things I could have done to takeover my case. I originally contacted Dan Newlin’s office to handle my case and was faced with a lot of statements like (we don’t handle that, I’m sorry we can help you with that, etc.…). I reached my limit and reached out to Todd’s office and spoke with Todd right off the bat. I moved my case to Todd’s care and within the first 24hrs Todd and his team did more for my case then Dan Newlin’s office did within 3weeks. Todd and his team were very helpful and always took the time to talk to me when ever I had any questions. I hope I never need a law office again for a auto wreak, but if I do, I will reach back out to Todd’s Office. -Todd you and your team helped me out a lot and I want to thank you for your help.
