If I could give no stars I would. I had a bad experience with Todd Miner. He will try to sell you into hiring him because he is a "trial" attorney. In my opinion he is a settlement attorney looking for a quick buck. Keep looking around

This year I barely survived a 15 foot fall that resulted in 8 broken ribs, a cranial fracture and a brain injury in front of my family because of a structure not being to code. First I’d like to explain this is not a quick process. We’ve all seen the commercials on TV where accident victims are seen bragging about their “lottery-like” settlements. Most-likely the people in these ads were hit by a careless driver of a commercial (or a highly insured) vehicle. I was at a complete stop when a “distracted” driver (of a private vehicle) rear-ended me without stopping. The damage to my vehicle was nothing compared to the permanent injury that has changed me for the rest of my life.
