So glad I decided to make the call that day when the at fault party’s insurance co gave me the run around. Due to my work schedule and uncertainty about out of pocket expenses, I made the mistakes of not finding the time and waiting to long seek treatment. At the time of receiving the call from my father-in-law who had a car accident, my first reaction was to know his health and if he had called 911. When I saw that he was sore and stunned by the accident we got to the hospital and they took over the health condition of him at that time. Good advise.

I used the Miner Law Firm after a multi-car accident because I saw the 5 star reviews. Todd acted interested in my case until I signed the paperwork; after that, his interest level dropped dramatically. In fact, he left me to the mercy of the other insurance company that backed me into the corner and I was basically forced to accept a low-balled offer for the damage of my car. In the end, Todd turned my case over to one of his associates and I literally didn't even break even from my losses--my medical bills were paid-- but I lost big time when it came to my car (he isn't interested in helping with your car damage at all).
