I was referred to todd miner from a lawyer I used in a previous case! Not really knowing alot about him or his firm, I decided to give him a try (on my pasted lawyers word). From the beginning he told me straight up, that this case is going to be a long and difficult case. I couldn't do nothing but respect his honesty. Throughout the 2 years, his firm kept me updated with any new information that came available, if I had any questions, which I always did, I would get a response immediately! He has an assistant/paralegal that was just a sweetheart! Even tho my injuries were painful to deal with from time to time, dealing with todd and his firm was such a great experience from the beginning to the end! Thxs todd miner firm and c.o.for all the hard work!

Don't trust them

I was referred to Todd Miner Law Firm after being involved in a car accident. I am sincerely appreciative of the diligent and exemplary service provided for me by Todd Miner, attorney Greg Stark, and paralegal Debra Porter. They were all exceptionally informative, honest, kind, and communicative. The entire staff was adamant about ensuring I received full justice, and assisted me in making beneficial decisions for my case that I would not have made without their guidance. Through their hard work, they were able to resolve my case within a year and a month to the date of my accident, although it can take up to 2-3 years to settle. I am genuinely pleased with the results and am appreciative for choosing Todd Miner Law to represent me. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and would gladly return.

Since the very beginning Todd and Debra were very helpful , knowledgeable and understanding. I had a bad experience before and they literally overcame my expectations. If you need a a group of professionals, always available, experienced and willing to win your case for you (not for the firm) you must go for Todd Miner. I could write here all day about the cons of this firm because they cared about me all the way! You are wrong if you think all the firms are the same, they DO care about their clients and they will do everything to get you what is fair and give you all the instructions for absolutely everything!!! They were all very pleasant, understanding, and best of all professional. i did not think i had a case and was worried my medical bills would ruin me financially, however with the help of Stephanie and Mark I was able to not only have my bills paid in full, but i also managed to have some money for the trouble of the accident. I had an awesome experience with Todd Minor law. They were up front from the beginning so I knew exactly what to expect. And Stephanie was so pleasant and kept me updated throughout the process. Hopefully I dont find myself in this situation again, but if i do I know who I am going to see!
