I met with Mr. Todd Miner personally and he explained everything about my options and my case. He put me at ease in pursuing this case resulting from a car accident as this was not in my character. It was a pleasure to work with both Todd and Casey his paralegal in the Longwood office , and my case was finished in a few short months. I will say Mr. Miner left " nothing on the table" when the insurance company offered less than the full policy, he went back and recovered the full amount possible. Was referred to Todd Miner by one of my friends after a bad experience with an insurance company because of an auto accident. I met Mr. Miner and his paralegal Jennifer Morris the day after I called their office. I had a great conversation with them and they both were very courteous, took my case and gave me great advice to get me started with treatment and paperwork that needs to be filed. I dealt mostly with Jennifer Morris throughout my case. Jennifer treated me with respect and kept me informed and updated with my case. First & foremost, i will say that i was referred at first to another big time law firm in the Orlando area, which i called, and was treated very rude. I then found Todd Miner, did some research, chated online with a member of his team, and right away, Mr. Miner himself called me back. Right from the start, he was very kind, knowledgeable, & honest. I highly recommend Todd Miner. You are not just a file number, you are a person. I got rear ended in a car accident. Todd got to know me and realized that I have a very active lifestyle. Knowing that after my first foot surgery, I was still having trouble and limping, he recommended that I get a second opinion (I just thought I was going to have to live with my foot the way it was). I did have a 2nd surgery, my foot is much better and I can keep up with my lifestyle and not limp. Todd took the time to listen to me and cared enough to recommend a 2nd opinion; I could have been "just a file" to him. I am so thankful to Todd because now I can play with my grandson, ride my motorcycle and other things I love to do. That is something money can't buy! Todd takes an interest in you, he listens, you see him in the office and he knows who you are. His assistant Dena and Todd's staff are great too. Many lawyers talk about personal service and dedication to you, but that is often not the reality. You become another dollar sign to them and are a file in a desk somewhere, not a person. This is not the case with the Todd Miner Law Firm. Todd is exactly what you hope your lawyer would be- a tenacious bulldog that is easily able to be contacted, keeps in communication with you and fights tooth and nail to see that you get every penny you deserve. Todd and his staff commit their energy, time and experience into winning your case. Would highly recommend to anyone.

let me do the honest review. Nothing special about this lawyer at all.. He was very proactive in the beginning just to get my business.You only going to see him once and within a month he will forget who you are and you deal with his paralegal Casey Owens (great professional) Once he got your business you pretty much on your own with other insurance company. He is no help when insurance company harasses you and low balls you on your vehicle. He is no help when insurance kicks you out of the rental vehicle and you have no transportation. If you have a question the best way to reach anybody -email. He has his greedy doctors that will drain your PIP benefits and you still pay them from your own pocket .and at the end they will settle and collect their share. for what you could have done it yourself.. I guess the biggest thing is I didn't feel like i have a support and was pretty much on my own. All they did -negotiated to settle with other insurance company and frankly didn't even do a good job there i could have gotten that settlement myself.You just a number for this company. I should have gone to Morgan and Morgan.
