The best in town!!! A few Attorneys in town expressed being slightly afraid to take in such a complex lengthy case. When I met Mr. Windell, with his very calm demeanor, he was upfront and honest about to expect, mentally, emotionally and financially yet he showed the strength and confidence that I needed for the journey, which NO other attorney showed me. That was the confirmation that I needed to take on the giant for the unconditional love of my child..... Windell was worth EVERY penny!!!! His staff.... Andrew has successfully handled my appeal case. After reviewing the documents from the trial court, he determined what the relevant issues were that had to be addressed.
