I am a third party in a messy real estate deal. I wrote Mr. Borack an email asking for his advise and I got a call from Tiffany the next day to set up for a consultation. I have say that David and Tiffany were FANTASTIC! I had a lot of questions, and David very patiently answered all of them for me during the consultation. I am truly very appreciate for his help and honestly. I definitely recommend him to anyone who has any legal issues.

I needed a consultation regarding a contract with a property management company and the Borack Law Group came highly recommended. David reviewed the contract thoroughly prior to our meeting and was prepared to advise me during the meeting - I had a very limited time and he was very respectful of my time. Mr. Borack represented our family through a 10 year ordeal concerning a foreclosure procedure. This included filing all necessary documents, going to court 3 times and then handling the banks appeal. He stood by us every step of the way, providing counseling and support. He took on a big bank and won every battle.

David Borack is the most brilliant lawyer I ever witnessed in action! He is also kind and very understanding. He was hired by my husband and I ten years ago to fight an unjust foreclosure case against us. We have been to court three times. All were dismissed. Just finished with an appeals court, also dismissed. I highly recommend him!!

Tiffany and David were great. Even though my situation was not a case they would typically take, they took out time to hear me and advice me.They are both very knowledgeable and sincere. David gave me great and honest advice and help me get the issue resolved in a short period of time. He manages his billable time efficiently and returned a large portion of the initial deposit back at the end. He apparently has a lot of experiences and convinced me to calm down and give up some meaningless fights. let me start off by saying im jay, and i had a situation with my property management company managing my home , and felt that i wasn't represented properly and called out to mr borack and his wonderful wife for legal advice and was ready to hire for further assistance! i was told to send over my lease contract and the tenants contract so mr Borack could go over it and see what the next step would be! i mr borack went over both contracts .which was 8-10 pages long. and yes i have to say being ignorant and not going over the contract properly my foolish mistake. mr borack went over documents explain any course of action if any. with such professionalism and which such concern! i wnted to pay mr Borack for that, and felt it was well worth it. but he refused that, you know its very difficult to find caring and honest people in this world and i am really glad i have met mr borack and his wife. i want to say thank you again! who ever get him as an attorney you hit the jackpot! and im not paid for any of these words1 remember they refused to except for that consultation!

Lien was put on my house for an outstanding water bill ten years after closing. I contacted David Borack via e mail. Within minutes (yes minutes) Tiffany Borack responded to say David might be of some help. He was in court at that time but I was assured he would get back to me next day. Sure enough we were having a phone conversation. The experience was unbelievable. The team was prompt,pleasant and professional. Within minutes David knew the history of the sale and former owners of said property. He armed me with statutes and case history to defend my position.
