Trying to decide on which attorney to trust in after a car accident is certainly daunting. I wanted to hire a smaller firm in the hopes that it would be a more personable experience as opposed to one of the large conglomerate law firms. I'm so grateful that I went with my first choice in Todd Minor and his team. From my initial phone conversation with Todd, I knew I had made the right decision. My attorney representing me, Mark Ahrens and paralegal, Stephanie were nothing short of fantastic; keeping me updated on progress within the case and checking in on me. Todd and his team represented my interests after a motorcycle crash caused by another vehicle left me with long-term physical injuries. I contacted the Todd Miner Law Firm after getting poor results with a small local law firm and then being misled and left without any representation by a very large Orlando law firm. Unless you have one in the family, choosing an attorney can be a daunting task. There are so many choices and how do you really know who's sincere and who's just telling you what you want to hear, right? That's how I felt at the start of my search, so I did as many others do and asked around to people I trust, then read online reviews to sort through those people referred to me. Todd Miner Law was one of the names that was highly recommended by multiple friends that I know & trust. I next researched the recommended firms online and then ultimately called to speak with each of them to see if any stood out from the others. Even though I spoke to many, none impressed me as much as Todd Miner Law. As you'd expect, they were all professional, knowledgable, etc., but what I was really looking for was a firm where I would not just be a number. I wanted my attorney to get to know me, to take the time to fully understand my case & my needs, and to sincerely care enough to invest the effort it took to win my case. Most of us have seen "My Cousin Vinny" or "Erin Brockovich" and we all want attorneys that are going to give 1000% of themselves to our case. I've seen the ads for other firms saying "Size Matters" and claiming to be the biggest firms in the nation, but all that tells me is that I'll just be a number to them, not a person that they'll ever truly know. When I called Todd Miner Law, I was given the opportunity to speak to Mr. Todd Miner himself. No other place I called offered me, a nobody who's not even their client, the chance to speak directly to their principal namesake. Mr. Miner was kind, patient, sincerely interested in my case, and provided me his direct line to contact him if I had any follow up questions. That conversation was enough to confirm for me that of all my choices, Todd Miner Law was the right one for me. From the beginning to the end of my case, they exceeded every one of my expectations and achieved a successful outcome in my litigation. Never took my case seriously. Never even talked with my so called lawyer never mind actually having a sit down with him, only communication was with the paralegal and most of that took place using email. Withdraws from my case and won't bring about the lawsuit like I asked. Thanks for wasting three months when I should have hired Dan Newlin from the start

Super helpful and kept in contact. Tony handled my case and did an amazing job! They were able to get me far more than I ever planned for. They helped cover all my medical expenses and left me with a large amount to cover me for any other expenses caused by the accident. I was left out of work for a bit of time during the accident and this money helped me catch up on everything I lost during that time I was out of work. Thank you again for everything!

I was stopped at a red light and a teenager on her cell phone rear ended me going 40mph. As a direct result of this collision, I experienced severe injuries, permanent disfigurement , anxiety and chronic pain. Most of the TV commercials for personal injury appear unrealistic, I didn't know what attorney to call. My friend in law enforcement suggested I call Todd Miner Law.
