I was involved in an accident where I was rear-ended while waiting at a stop light. I contacted Todd Miner Law and received a call back from Todd himself. He explained the process and how they could help. Bobbi and Brandon were the legal team that assisted me directly and made everything very easy. I would highly recommend working with them in any future similar cases.

Wow, this guy dropped what he was doing to take my call even though he knew he couldn't take my case! Todd spent 27 minutes on a call with me simply to give his professional advice (30+ years of experience as an accomplished attorney) handling insurance company's and personal injury cases to assist me with a situation where the "at fault" insurance company was strong arming me to sign a Property Damage Waiver. I so appreciate his time, advice and honesty in assisting me-he truly cares about people, especially when others are taking advantage of a situation. Attorneys usually get a bad rap but Todd Minor is a blessing! I recommend him to everyone who is looking for an attorney and wants to be treated fairly. When I filled out the online form, I was not expecting a call that evening. Yet, I got a call from the man himself, Mr. Todd Miner. Anyways, the process was smooth, I had more difficulty with my insurance company than I did with Todd Miner Law. He assigned my case to one of his attorneys, and they accepted my case.
