I was rear ended by an uninsured motorist and had some resulting neck and shoulder pain. I ended up having to be treated and was able to take care of the neck pain but the shoulder continued to give me trouble. As my PIP coverage was exhausted, I reached out to the Todd Miner Law office. I have been very happy with the service provided. From the first call (where Todd himself called me back) to the succesful conclusion everyone has been professional and helpful. In particular, Laurie Jay either has an amazing memory or a great note system on her computer. Because every time I called she was able to recall exactly what we had talked about the time before and just who I was and what I needed. She gave me great advice on navigating the Uninsured Motorist claim and we have been able to settle the claim in what I feel was fair to all parties. I hope I don’t ever have to use their service again but won’t hesitate to call them if needed.

I was nervous to call a lawyer after our car accident but am so extremely thankful that I did. I never felt like a case number, or a burden, or a nuisance when I reached out multiple times in rapid succession. I can only imagine how many cases she is working at any given time, but Collette made me feel like I was the only one and I have no doubt that she makes every one of their clients feel the same way. We will always be grateful for Mr. Miner and Mr. Swan, but Collette will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
