When I fell outside of a business and broke my wrist so badly that I required surgery with a plate and screws to hold my wrist together the next day (a Sunday), I contacted Morgan and Morgan as well as Dan Newlin Law firms. Both firms turned down my case. I contacted Todd Miner Law after them, and not only did they take my case, but I was told immediately who was assigned my lawyer. Mark Ahrens and his paralegal were FANTASTIC!!! Both of them answered all of my questions, returned any of my calls or emails within a day of contacting them. I was contacted anythime anything was happening, and when nothing was happening or they were waiting for information, I was contacted even then. I never felt like they put my case on the backburner for other cases. My case went all the way to a jury trial, and Mr. Ahrens and Mr. Swan were with me every step of the way. They explained the processes going on, explained how they were going to work the case in court, and I was never surprised at any point of the process. We won my case, and even after the case was won, they still kept in contact with me letting me know what was going on. I can't say enough good things about these 2 lawyers and their paralegal. While I hope I do not need a lawyer again in my life, if I did, I would call them the first time.
