Thank you Hew for overseeing our roof insurance case. From the beginning you knew we had a strong case and that the insurance company should honor their contract to pay our claim. You stayed the course for over a year. Thank you for your expertise throughout the process especially preparing us for deposition and your negotiation skills getting our insurance company to settle just prior to us going to our deposition. My wife and I are grateful and as I write this review, we are enjoying our new roof while its raining! We will highly recommend you to any one dealing with an insurance company not wanting to pay a valid claim and honor their contracts.

Adam Sudbury Apellie Legal. I retained Mr.Sudbury to assist me with my child custody case. Mr. Sudbury was able to get a terrible ruling changed in my favor. I was awarded 50/50 custody of my children as a result of Mr. Sudbury's excellent planning and litigation. Mr. Sudbury has always been diligent, attentive and on time. He is very professional and on top of all things related to my case. Hiring Mr. Sudbury was the best decision I could have made relating to my legal proceedings. Before I hired Mr. Sudbury, I interviewed a number of attorneys and each lawyer, including Mr. Sudbury, stated an estimated time frame of 3-6 months for a non contested divorce. I chose to retain Mr. Sudbury because of his reviews. I received the complete opposite service. I spoke with Mr.Sudbury only one time and that was the day I hired him. After not seeing any movement for 6 weeks and calling multiple times, I was finally told to email. I did and received an email that told me to “manage my expectations“, and advised that they were not an attorney that “hand-holds”. Then was charged $73.50 for the email. After 10 months I finally went to court represented by Mr. Sudbury ‘s associate and my ex did not show. Mr. Sudbury’s associate submitted the non contested paperwork. The paperwork was submitted wrong causing them to have to withdraw and resubmit. Not once, not twice but they had to submit it 3 times before it was correct. It took them 11 mts to complete something 4 lawyers including Mr Sudbury stated would take 3-6 months. Mr Sudbury and his associate made an unpleasant situation agonizing. I would highly recommend getting everything in writing and “managing your expectations”

I am so thankful for Tiffany and David, they are very knowledgeable in the area of the law. They explained the entire process clear and honestly and all the options I had, they recommended the best course of action, which made me feel less anxious knowing what steps to follow

I had the displeasure of working with Michael Sutton as an attorney with Morgan & Morgan. My wife was injured when she was hit, stopped at a red light, by a young lady at 30+ mph. Mr Sutton ignored the case for years and the defendant moved to another state. When I asked if her Insurance company moved also he had no reply. He was very poor about returning phone calls or providing information. When we were finally offered mediation and accepted a $20,000 settlement, we ended up with a $6,000 check. When we asked where the money went he mentioned there was a referral fee to be paid, not mentioned at the time of settlement. Poor communication at best, extremely deceptive at the least. I had tried to forget about Michael Sutton have to voice my feelings about his extremely poor service. Dissatisfied, Vernon Knoll
