This year we have been blessed with finalizing the adoption of our son! Although the adoption process is emotionally draining, we could not have asked for a better legal team. It was easy and seamless thanks to Nicole and her team. She made sure we new what was coming every single step of the way and she was so incredibly caring and compassionate of the process and what we were going through. Her proactive communication kept us calm and collected! When the hearing date came, the team was there to represent us and we couldn’t feel more confident. All the paperwork was in order and truly was th easiest part of the whole process. We are so incredible grateful for the professionalism, communication, and just humane interaction from Nicole and her team! Words can not express our appreciation!! Thank you!!

My husband and I worked with Nicole and Heart of Adoptions a couple of years ago with our adoption of our lovely son. The process for new parents was scary, but Nicole and her staff made the process bearable. We always felt valued and like we were the only parents that was in the process. Our first match did not work out, but again the staff at Heart of Adoptions came through for us. We eventually was placed again and this time it was a super success. The team was with us every step of the way and again made us feel like the luckiest parents on the planet. Nicole explained things in detail, but not so technical that we couldn't understand. I worked with Nicole with Heart of Adoptions 3 years ago on the adoption of my little girl. She was reliable, professional, compassionate, and on point with everything and handled all the paperwork and court issues so I never had to stress over any of that. Mrs. Moore handled my step-parent adoption and made it easier than we ever imagined.
