Carla Nadal and the team at Norden Leacox really made what could have been a horrible stressful experience into something great. They are truly down to earth kind people who want to help. They worked so hard to calm my anxieties and to make sure I was always informed. I hope I don’t need an injury lawyer again but if I do I would 100% go to them to help me again. Nick treated my family and I like we were non existent. Disrespected my special needs daughter. He lied about his reasoning for NOT aggressively handling our case as did my case manager. After firing the firm, and hiring a real attorney MORGAN AND MORGAN, Nick put a lien on my case as if he actually performed any work. Worst experience we've had.

This was my first and hopefully my last injury accident claim. Lori Padilla was fantastic!! She was super transparent with me…. She talked me off the ledge SEVERAL times. Her approach to my case made me extremely confident and comfortable with the decisions that were made for my case. She made time to talk to me in detail about the next steps… From the first time I spoke to her I got a good vibe from her and she made it her business to keep me informed!! She gave me EVERYTHING hot off the press lol. Literally she did not make me wait for anything concerning my case and she did her thing and she was able to win my case for double of what I was asking for. I had a modest number I was asking for and she went above and beyond to get that and more! I appreciate her patience and her expertise!
