I applied in 2013 for neck and back issues. My first lawyer caused me to miss my first hearing then dropped my case. Fast forward, I obtained a new one that is just as uninformative as the first. My hearing is coming, and I wanted to get educated about the process. Mr. Hnot has been instrumental in easing my nerves with my upcoming hearing. He is so knowledgeable, and I WISH I could have obtained him first. I have so much confidence. Even if I don't win, I will not take it personally thanks to what I have learned from my fantastic virtual online attorney Walter Hnot!

If you follow what this man says, you will be successful. You will not find a more personable attorney in the SSI/SSDI field. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of practice and is able to break things down for you in order for you to clearly understand.

While I couldn't get direct help from walter, he has helped me with an unsurmountable amount of issues regarding the Social Security Administration. He takes valuable time to help the less fortunate. More than not, he loses precious sleep to help educate all of those in need, on top of his regular grueling work as a lawyer. This is a representation of someone who really did get into law to make a difference, not just for him, but for the people. Definitely a rarity in these times. If you haven't hired him, I hope this helps you decide the right choice in my opinion.

Attorney Walter, is truly the greatest social security advocate and attorney in the country right now. Both my wife and I are on disability and please know that having a good attorney is basically a life and death situation for some of us.

Your awesome I've learned alot which helps a great deal . I've been disabled going on 25 yrs , if I lost my disability benefits it would be devastating. I'm also dealing with the loss of my youngest born so living on edge with all this going on them trying to get rid of our benefits is crazy . Now I understand that there are those out their playing a roll and this is why those like myself have to endure this .we nolonger have the ability to live a completely normal life . As we all once did , so now with the little things we can do even once a wk or month , we must live in fear as if wein jail waiting to be eliminated at any moment . To bad we can't exchange places with those looking to eliminate use for 3 to 6 months . So they could truly understand how hard it is , as well how much effort it takes to be able to have but 1 barely normal day . And covering up our pain from our kids it's not easy at all . I consulted with Mr. Hnot before filing my Social Security Disability Claim. His advice was very helpful in helping me decide whether to pursue this path or not. He also gave me a lot of insights into how the process works that I did not receive from reading my book on the subject. He is consulting with me on the next steps and I feel a lot better about my chances of getting approved. Definitely would have hired him if I lived in the area he serves.
