I feel the need to write this 5 star review because when I was in dire need of an attorney, it was all the positive reviews about this firm that helped me pick them to represent me. My attorney Whitney Page was excellent! My case was very complex as it dealt with several parties (life insurance companies) and my sibling as well. Whitney went above and beyond to have justice made on my behalf. Her professional representation, persistence, and knowledge of the law helped me settle my case. I was very impressed with my attorney as well as her legal team including Emily who was my case manager. They were in constant communication with me and I fully trusted them with my case. I couldn’t ask for a better lawyer!! Daniel was amazing he heard my case out and told me I had a shot!! I went too many different lawyer’s and law firm’s! However, they just brushed me off!! They told me it was a lost cost and not worth it!! Even though I knew I had a case and didn’t give up and I found Daniel at Elkins and Freedman and if it wasn’t for him I would have given up!!
