This was by fire the most stressful time. Consuming thing I had ever experienced after being rear endrened. I contacted dan newland because of his suppose, winning experience but what I feel like I got was nothing like what you see.i was involved where I got rear-ended. I had a TBI. Let's make ti's short. Out of the $25.000 my case was capped at because of his lack of insurance...... I had 3 different attorneys, one trial attorney, and their initial offer was $10k. What did I end up with? Out of $25k I got what they had offered a year and a half previously. $10k dollars. DAN NEWLIN KEPT 10K. AND I HAD TO PAY MEDICARE BACK. SO WOULD I HIRE THIS FIRM AGAIN ???? NO WAY IN HELL
