The test of a good personal injury attorney isn't how well they perform when there is a huge settlement on the table. The true test is how much effort they put into a typical settlement. The type of settlement most people are looking at after they get rear ended. Dan Newlin and Kelyana Chao treated my fiancé and I like we were clients with a possible six or seven figure settlement, even though we were only looking at a low five figure one. Of course, they were able to settle for the full amount possible, and in a relatively short period of time. Not once, but twice!! Thanks again Dan & Kelyana.

I must have been assigned the wrong lawyer, because I haven’t received the same attention that others have. I was rear-ended around 40+ miles an hour. My truck was totaled and I have spent 37k out of pocket at this point. I currently suffer with headaches every day and back pain . this has been medical documented. So bottom line, I was told based on the basic insurance of the individual that rear ending me, I’m looking at receiving 10k maybe. So obviously when the Newlin commercial talks about winning 500+ it’s only based on the insurance of the individual that hit you. I’m currently out 37k and looking at 20k to adventHealth for emergency care. So investigate before pursuing a lawyer based on your insurance and the individual that hit you. It may cost you more.
