I highly recommend Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys to any injury case that you may have. I considered my case serious as if I had not been injured in an automobile accident I would not have needed representation. I was injured in an accident as a passenger on Public Transportation in a LARGE CITY in FLORIDA...BUT...because it was not the Public Transportation Drivers fault AND Due to the HORRIFIC LAWS in the State of Florida that states it IS NOT MANDATORY for Public Transportation or Owners of Large Businesses to have PIP Insurance on their vehicles. PLEASE KNOW the attorneys are fighting hard to get all exactly what they deserve BUT with Laws like the one in Florida that allows no coverage the only way to win against a Public Transportation Company or a Large Business would be if they were at fault. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO VOTE IN LAWS THAT PROTECT YOU. Please read and understand everything on your ballot and most importantly VOTE on laws that protects YOU the people. The person that caused the accident coverage was only 10K which is minuit for my suffering BUT unfortunately that small amount is all that the state of Florida requires. Attorney Colleen Tuohry-Fleming was exemplary in her services and attention to detail of my care and needs as her client. She was able to get my medical bills reduced drastically to assure I received something for my pain and suffering. Her Beside Manner, Care and Dedication is greatly appreciated. I was awarded approximately half of the 10K which may sound like little or less to most but it was a lifesaver to me because it allowed me to afford to continue my much needed medical treatment.
