The staff at Dan Newlin's office was very professional, diligent and courteous. Mr. Mallen was very helpful and expedited my case. His staff, Penny and Michele and Sue Ellen were very nice. I would highly recommend them.

Earlier this year, I was abruptly struck from behind, while stopped at a traffic light and I was severely injured. The next day, I called the responsible party's insurer and was told that they were waiting to verify if their insured party was at fault! After being involved in a minor vehicle accident (in which I was rear ended while sitting at a red light), the owners of the vehicle who struck me and their cut-rate insurance company, ran me through many hoops during the efforts of trying to get my vehicle repaired properly in what they assured me would be a "simple process".
