I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Lewis of Dan Newlin's Law Offices. Melissa is a very thorough and competent Attorney who always had my best interests in mind. I was informed about every legal detail and the status of my case, which gave me a sense of relief knowing that I'm not just another case; she involved me in the decisions she made in my case. Melissa is a solid lawyer who practices nothing but the best legal and customer service excellent!!!. Dan Newlin's team is excellent!!!

I highly recommend Dan Newlin and staff, I was involved in a car accident in Orlando, called Dan Newlin his staff was great. I worked with attorney Dustin Smith he was awesome and was always there to answer question and provide sound advise. Highly recommend.

I am one to be very skeptical of how lawyers view and treat clients. This skepticism is due to past dealings with other legal firms. I am happy to say that my recent case with Emily Stottlemyer and the Offices of Dan Newlin was a welcomed relief. Even though I may have been upset and aggravated with my situation, Emily stayed super cool and made many efforts to ensure my trust in what she was saying and doing on my behalf. I hope to never need a lawyer again but I feel comfortable knowing which firm I would call if I do.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I was mostly in contact with Ashlye's paralegal Courtney and Courtney was so sweet! She was very friendly and professional. She took the time to get to know me a little bit. I loved the fact that when she would call me we would talk about my case but she would also throw in things like "How's your new baby girl?", or "How are you doing?" She wasn't intrusive at all in the least bit. I really enjoyed knowing that not only was my case important to them; I was also important to the firm. I was always updated. Never left in the dark about things, which I really appreciated. Now what really amazed me after an agreement was reached, was how much work was put in to make sure I got the most money. They searched for discounts and other things to bring my portion up a lot higher than it would have been. They went above and beyond on that because reglardess they were getting their portion. They could have left it as it was but they didn't. They kept fighting for me even after the agreement was reached. I really hope I never have another injury again, but God forbid if I do, Dan Newlin will always be my go to! 100% recommend!!

Logan was very helpful and informative with every step of this process, he worked with my busy schedule and kept me up to date on what was going on, his whole staff and team were top of the line. My husband and I were out of town on vacation and were involved in a multi-car accident in 2016. Sunday, February 28th I was sitting at a red light and got rear ended. I called Dan Newlin's office at 9:30 p.m. the same night. The next day they sent me to therapy. They were fast and very friendly and professional . Ashlye Cox was my representing attorney and everything was very swift and fast. If I am ever in an accident again I will call Dan Newlin.
