I was in a car accident last year and it was recommended by several people that I contact Dan Newlin & Partners. I was assigned to Michael Truax and I can honestly say that he is the BEST! Although my case took a little longer to finish than usual, it was only because Michael Truax was trying to make sure that I was taken care of to the fullest. He made sure that I was kept informed during the entire process. I never felt like he was too busy for me or that he didn't remember what was going on with my case. David Mallen is my workers comp attorney with the Newlin Law Firm. I cant say enough good about Mr. Mallen, The workers comp company denied me the cervical, and Lumbar surgeries. They also denied medications and anything else they could come up with. Mr. Mallen and his staff quickly filed for my benefits and got them. I had the cervical surgery and am having the Lumbar surgery in January. When they denied me medication because as the nurse for the workers comp company said "it is just to expensive". Not only did he get it approved, but he got me the medication before they even approved it. He has called me to check on me and make sure I was ok. I do not know what I would do with out the help of Mr. Mallen and The Newlin law firm. They are lifesavers, they really care about thier clients. I dont feel like just another client, I feel like they are actualy concerned with me as a person. I would suggest this firm to anyone going thru an accident or workers comp case.
