Joe Polich came to my home the day I called. I had been rear-ended by an SUV and was in a lot of pain and didn't know what I needed to do. I had seen a commercial for Dan Newlin and I called and Joe came straight out. He helped me get the therapy and doctors that I needed so I would no longer be in any pain. He walked me through the whole process from start to finish. If I had a question, I could email, text or call Joe and he answered my questions each time. He also called to check on me and see how I was doing.
